Fast, High Definition Marking
The pneumatically operated stylus gives consistent, high definition and repeatable marks in seconds. Variable depth of mark can be easily achieved producing a low stress mark. Direct component marking means there is no need to add labels or rating plates. Components need minimal holding so fixtures can be simple to allow fast component loading and unloading.
Versatility
Marks hard materials up to 60 Rockwell or soft materials such as thermoplastics and even wood. The data and its position can be easily stored in memory for re-use or editing. The system has its own compact controller that can be interfaced with a PC if required for greater flexibility.
