Air Pen Type - VM7810



VM7810 is capable of marking on both metallic and non-metallic materials(Steel,Aluminum,Stainless Steel, Hard Plastic and so on).

* All-in-one integrated compact package (the mechanical unit can be separated if necessary for space limited applications.)
* Capable of marking on concave and convex surfaces.
* Automatic date coding and sequential numbering.
* Up to 15 characters (font size 2mm-5mm square)

Air Pen Type - VM7820

VM7820 is a high performance unit with a wide marking range (80mm by 30mm). The high accuracy of VM7820 makes it possible to mark 2D (Data Matrix) in small areas.

* 2D (Data Matrix) with dot size from 10*10 to 72*72.
* Compact and light body suitable for integration in assembly lines
* Capable of marking characters/logos on circumferences.
* Easy setup from Windows-based software or a teach pendant operation unit.
* Interfacing with PLC through RS-232C or discrete wiring.

Air Pen Type - VM1000

VM1000 is a low cost, high accuracy and high performance unit with a marking range (30mm by 30mm). It is capable of marking 2D (Data Matrix) in small areas.

* High speed: 10 seconds marking time for 20*20 2D (with 30 chars).
